Almonacid es un lugar especial para el cultivo de uvas que producen vinos orgánicos maravillosamente frescos, puros y deliciosos. La garnacha de vides de 50 a 70 años se cultiva en secano en vides arbustivas muy espaciadas cuyas largas raíces se hunden profundamente en el suelo y recogen minerales y nutrientes esenciales.
